Welcome to the Chateau D’Orleans Apartments!

Located in the Village De L’est area of New Orleans, Chateau d’Orleans is a comfortable family community offering affordable living options, with rent as low as $25 per month depending on income. We are a comfortable community featuring affordable 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-Bedroom Apartments. Our goal is to provide affordable apartments in New Orleans for low income families.

We offer three and four bedroom apartments featuring updated kitchens, new appliances and dishwashers. Laundry facilities are located onsite in every building.

Residents enjoy monthly activities, a community room, private parking, and access to an on-site playground. Additional amenities include, public transportation, on-site maintenance, and a community courtyard!
